In the Heijo, the Oto river in the west side of the castle ruins, the weir flowing to the north towards the east, the soil bases in the north and south of the east and west, the observatory towers were placed in the four corners. It is a small scale surrounded by a water moat but you can retrace the state of the medieval age where the town was formed mainly around the Tate
